Payment for all sessions is due no later than 72 hours (3 days) after the session takes place. If payment has not been received by then, a charge of £3 is added for every day it is late. If you have any issues with payment in a given week, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If payment has not been made by the time the next session is due, that session will be cancelled, and no further sessions will take place until payment has been received. If preferred, payment can be made in advance.
If a student is unable to attend a session, please notify me by phone or email at least an hour before it is due to begin.
If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full amount is payable. If the student does not arrive within the first fifteen minutes, I will consider the session cancelled.
Should a student miss a session without notice of cancellation, full payment will be due.
